EXECUTIVE BREAKFAST ROUNDTABLE: BEZPIECZEŃSTWO I OCHRONA DANYCH W ŚRODOWISKACH ROZPROSZONYCH

Współczesne organizacje coraz częściej funkcjonują w modelu rozproszonym – łącząc pracę zdalną i stacjonarną, wiele lokalizacji, środowiska chmurowe oraz infrastrukturę on-premise. Taki model daje dużą elastyczność operacyjną i przyspiesza rozwój biznesu, ale jednocześnie stawia przed zespołami IT nowe wyzwania: od rozwiązania zagadnienia długu technologicznego, przez efektywne zarządzanie dostępem pracowników oraz integrację środowisk hybrydowych, aż po zapewnienie spójnego poziomu bezpieczeństwa i kontroli. Podczas spotkania w gronie liderów IT porozmawiamy m.in. o tym: Jak centralnie i elastycznie zarządzać dostępem do aplikacji i danych, niezależnie od miejsca pracy użytkownika i wykorzystywanego urządzenia, Jak efektywnie łączyć środowiska chmurowe i on-premise, tworząc spójną i skalowalną architekturę hybrydową, Jak umożliwić bezpieczną i komfortową pracę zdalną, bez kompromisów w zakresie wydajności i komfortu pracy użytkownika, Jak wzmacniać cyberbezpieczeństwo środowisk rozproszonych, minimalizując ryzyko incydentów i upraszczając reagowanie na zagrożenia, Jak optymalizować koszty i złożoność zarządzania nowoczesnym środowiskiem IT, jednocześnie zwiększając jego odporność i elastyczność.

AI trafia dziś do organizacji szybciej, niż powstają zasady jej kontroli.

The Composable Enterprise: Engineered with AI

From modular business design to AI-driven pipelines, architectures, and operationsA composable enterprise is built on modular processes, API-driven ecosystems, low-code platforms, and cloud-native services. It promises speed and adaptability by allowing organisations to reconfigure their capabilities as conditions change. However, modular design alone does not guarantee resilience; the way these systems are engineered and operated is just as important. This is where AI is beginning to make a difference. Beyond generating snippets of code, AI is already influencing how entire systems are developed and run: accelerating CI/CD pipelines, improving test coverage, optimising Infrastructure-as-Code, sharpening observability, and even shaping architectural decisions. These changes directly affect how quickly new business components can be deployed, connected, and retired. In this session, we will examine how CIOs can bring these two movements together:Composable design is the framework for flexibility and modularity.AI-augmented engineering is the force that delivers the speed, quality, and intelligence needed to sustain it.The pitfalls of treating them in isolation: composability that collapses under slow engineering cycles, or AI that only adds complexity without a modular structure. The discussion goes beyond concepts to practical implications: how to architect organisations that can be recomposed at speed, without losing control or reliability. The outcome is an enterprise that is not only modular in design but also engineered to adapt continuously under real-world conditions.

Unlocking business value of Cyber Security

In today’s increasingly digital and interconnected world, cyber security has become a critical business imperative. Organisations face a growing array of cyber threats that can disrupt operations, damage reputations, and result in significant financial losses. As cyber risk continues to evolve in complexity and scale, effectively communicating the business value of cyber security to executive leadership is essential—especially in an environment of challenging budgets and competing priorities. The purpose of this study was to assess how cyber security leadership is articulating the business value of cyber security to senior decision-makers. Through interviews with a diverse group of organisations, the report explores how cyber risk is assessed, how budgets are allocated, and how cyber maturity is developed and communicated within the business context. It also examines the emerging impact of artificial intelligence on cyber risk and investment decisions. By analysing current practices and future expectations, this report provides a comprehensive overview of how cyber security leaders are navigating the complexities of demonstrating value, securing resources, and advancing capabilities. The findings highlight the need for pragmatic, flexible approaches that balance ambition with feasibility, enabling organisations to build resilience and protect business value in an increasingly complex cyber landscape.
