Frits Bussemaker, CIONET Liaison European Relations, opened the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs Summit in Lisbon - Portugal. This initiative had the presence and intervention of Durão Barroso, President of the European Commission, and over 100 different national and multinational organizations discussing action plans for improving employment and investment on ICT in the country.
