 Paolo Ballabene, IT Director, TNT Global Express who has won the CIONET ITALIA AWARD 2013 in the category CIO Client Driven. 

His project is about the realisation of Self Service applications in order to streamline Customer Service operations with the result of creating advantages for customers and obtaining a 15% cost reduction
