CIONET uses Okta is an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign-in to all your CIONET applications through a single login.
Once you sign in, you are automatically redirected to the CIONET webpage that you're trying to access. You will also have access to all other restricted CIONET applications that match your CIONET membership profile.
This page is designed to help you with the CIONET sign in related issues. It contains answers to the following questions:
Click "forgot password" on the CIONET sign-in page, enter the primary or secondary email address you listed in your user account settings, and click "Next". Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts.
Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.cionet.com/userprofile.
Enter the email address that you use as your CIONET username and click "sign in" e.g. John.Smith@cionet.com
If the system responds with Verify your password "email address" (eg. Verify your password John.Smith), please enter your password and click "Verify".
If the system responds with Verify your password without returning your email address, you have provided an email address that does not match your CIONET user profile. Entering your password will result in a message "Unable to sign in". Please contact your CIONET community manager.
Enter your message and click submit on the following page: https://www.cionet.com/securityissue.
The CIONET team will get back to you as soon as possible.
On the sign in widget, click on "forgot password". The system will request your email address. Please provide the address that matches your CIONET user profile.
If you provide the correct address, you will receive an email, you will be asked to confirm that you want to get a verification email on the provided address. Follow the instructions on this email and set a new password.
If you provide an address that doesn't match your CIONET user profile, you will get a "Unable to sign in" error message. In this case, please contact your CIONET community manager to retrieve the correct address or to reset it for you.
