The Working Groups of approx. 10/20 CIOs and Digital Leaders, who work to define challenges and conclusions about the same topic by vertical or technologies in about 4 or 6 sessions during a year.
The groups are created at the request of the CIOs and Digital Leaders, thus ensuring the interest to participate in them. Each working group is composed of 10 to 20 members and the sessions have a duration of 2.5 hours approx.
At the first session, the group defines the agenda, the challenges to be worked on and the outcome to be delivered at the end of the year. Also, CIONET is responsible for appointing a CIO Leader in the topic, to give relevance to the group and make the call in their community. The meeting venues and schedules are agreed by CIONET with the Leaders.
Some of the ongoing circles are: Innovation, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Open Banking, New Roles and Entrepreneurship, Pharma, AI and Blockhain, among others.
