In a few minutes you will receive an email from "CIONET Info <noreply@cionet.com>" with the request to validate your email address and to set the password of your CIONET account. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. The subject of the email is: "Welcome to CIONET!".

You can start using this account immediately. Your username is: . Initially, your account level will be set to "CIONET Guest" and you will have access to the CIONET services accordingly.  A CIONET Community Manager will analyse your profile as soon as possible and match it to our membership criteria to upgrade your Acccount Level if appropriate. Once this is done, your CIONET Account Level will be clearly communicated to you through email and will also be visible on your personal user profile page.

What are the criteria for the CIONET Account Levels?

CIONET Signature Members
  1. CIOs of organisations that have an IT department with a headcount of 1000+ people (or equivalent IT budget). A CIO is hereby defined as the person with overall end responsibility of an IT or Digital department. CIONET Executive Members
  1. CIOs of organisations that have an IT department with a headcount of 20+ people (or equivalent IT budget). A CIO is hereby defined as the person with overall end responsibility of an IT or Digital department.
