Migrating legacy systems to the cloud remains one of the toughest balancing acts in IT. Every choice affects stability, cost, and trust at once, and what starts as a modernisation effort quickly turns into a negotiation between ambition and reality. Suddenly budgets rise, dependencies appear late, and timelines tighten as old architectures collide with new expectations. In the end, success depends on sequencing, ownership, and aligning business priorities with infrastructure limits, and not only on technical readiness. Making it work requires more than a plan on paper. Knowing which systems genuinely belong in the cloud, which can wait, and which should stay put shapes the entire roadmap and defines its success. Each refactoring decision sets the level of future flexibility, but it also drives cost and risk. The trade-offs between speed, sustainability, and resilience only become clear once migration begins and pressure builds. Let’s discuss how to plan migrations that stay on track, manage hidden dependencies, and handle downtime with confidence. Let’s also discuss how governance, testing, and vendor coordination keep progress visible and credible. Are you in? A closed conversation for those who turn cloud migration from a disruption into a long-term advantage.

CIOs today are being judged less as technology leaders and more as portfolio managers. Every euro is under scrutiny. Boards and CFOs demand lower run costs, higher efficiency, and clear ROI from every digital initiative. In this session, we go beyond FinOps and cost reporting to tackle the strategic financial dilemmas CIOs face.

AI coding assistants entered development teams quietly, but their impact grows by the day. What started as autocomplete now shapes architecture decisions, documentation, and testing. And when productivity gains are visible, so are new risks: security blind spots, uneven quality, and the slow erosion of shared standards. Teams move faster, but not always in the same direction. The challenge has become integration rather than adoption. And new questions have risen: how do you blend automation into established practices without losing oversight? When is human review still essential, and what should the rules of collaboration between developer and machine look like? As AI tools learn from proprietary code, where do responsibility and accountability sit? Let’s talk about how to redefine those workflows, balancing creativity with control, and protecting code quality in a hybrid human-AI environment. A closed conversation on where AI accelerates progress, where it introduces new debt, and how development culture must evolve to stay credible.

Zero Trust sounds simple on paper: trust no one, verify everything. But once you start implementing it, the fun begins. Legacy systems, hybrid networks, and human habits don’t read the manual. The idea is solid; the execution, not so much.

Bloomreach sees a 40% Increase in traffic with Jasper
The focus on SEO has made a big impact for Bloomreach. By leveraging Jasper, Bleich’s team has increased blog output by 113% and increased website traffic to those blog posts by 40%.
Bloomreach is an e-commerce platform that views personalization as an essential part of the customer experience. Its commitment to creating more meaningful connections between shoppers and brands helps the company stand out, and has strengthened its growth all the way through a series F funding round of $175M in 2022.
As the company has grown, so have internal content demands –– and with a content team of 4, it was difficult to keep up.
“We were getting overwhelmed with all of the requests that were coming in,” says Carl Bleich, Head of Content at Bloomreach. “We needed speed and scale to handle everything.”
Bleich’s lean team focuses primarily on long-form SEO content, but used to create content for teams across the marketing organization, too –– everything from ads to web copy. Internal stakeholder requests took away from the focus on the SEO strategy, and it became clear that a solution was needed that could augment the existing content team.
For Bleich, it was critical to have a platform that could handle a variety of content needs: ads, emails, blog posts, social media, landing pages, and more. Additionally, the content had to conform to brand guidelines, and be written with perfect spelling and grammar by a globally distributed team.
According to Bleich, the team met and identified that they needed a way to scale their content strategy without sacrificing quality to hit their goals. That’s when he learned about Jasper from a colleague and began to explore further. “We tried Jasper and we loved it,” he says.
Getting the team started quickly was important given the learning curve associated with new technology. Thanks to a simple user interface and CSM-led customer onboarding, that wasn’t an issue.
“It's very easy to learn how to use Jasper, and you can get up and running fast… for us it was within an hour,” says Bleich. “Our customer success manager has also been a fantastic partner in helping us learn Jasper best practices and ultimately get more value.”
Today, everyone in Bloomreach’s marketing organization has access to Jasper. Since each marketing team is empowered to write on-brand copy for their specific use cases, Carl’s team is freed up to focus on high-priority content.
“Previously, our team was responsible for creating all that copy, and we had to push back due to capacity,” says Bleich. “But now we’re saving a significant amount of time because the copy comes to us fully aligned with our brand guidelines which saves us time and allows us to concentrate on SEO-optimized content.”
Using Jasper’s SEO integration, Bloomreach’s content team can get a content scorecard, identify keywords and phrases that will help the content rank, and even find details about who else is writing about the subject. And because the SEO integration can be viewed in the same panel as the document editor, it’s a streamlined process.
With Jasper providing a first draft in minutes instead of hours, Bleich and his team then weave in their expertise, research, and unique insights to create a piece of content that will resonate with Bloomreach’s audience.
The focus on SEO has made a big impact for Bloomreach. By leveraging Jasper, Bleich’s team has increased blog output by 113% and increased website traffic to those blog posts by 40%. This drives the awareness and engagement needed for Bloomreach to continue delivering personalized customer experiences.
