Government agencies and local administrations often grapple with a multitude of forms – subsidy requests, contact forms, and more. With this project, Digitaal Vlaanderen streamlined the way that government agencies interact with citizens.

The traditional approach involved costly and time-consuming custom development for each form, resulting in inefficiency and a drain on valuable resources.

Therefore, Digitaal Vlaanderen embarked on a mission to create a game-changing platform that would enable government agencies to digitize their forms effortlessly, without the need for extensive development. They selected AEM Forms as their technical solution and assembled a dynamic team to build a versatile, robust, and high-performance Form Builder Platform on the AEM foundation.

To bring this vision to life, Digitaal Vlaanderen turned to Digitalum’s team of e-commerce and digital solution experts, known for their prowess in this field. Their involvement allowed Digitaal Vlaanderen to define a clear roadmap and translate it into short-term objectives during the bi-monthly PI planning, ensuring alignment across all teams within the organization.
