How do we organise the cookbook distribution?
Lists you'll need:
- https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/4295993/lists/27203/filters
- https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/4295993/lists/27204/filters
- https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/4295993/lists/22942/filters
Explanation on the 3 lists:
- Is OK, these are members or digital leaders prospects that have ordered an hapcopy of one of the cookbooks
- these people are non-members that have ordered a cookbook, so check if they are relevant to send a book to (interesting propspect, prospect supplier, network partners etc), if you think they are then add them to https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/4295993/lists/29314/filters so that Inès/Charlotte know this.
- those are new members that joined recently so they need to receive all of our books
You export the lists and add them together in excel. The properties you need to export are:
- first name
- last name
- shipping address
- shipping zip code
- shipping city
- shipping country
- i want to order
(In your excel, you then add one colomn where you add the version(s) that each person wants)
Once your excel is done, you send this to Ellen Ooms (try to do this every Thursday (weekly or bi-weekly depending on the number of orders)
*if there is a separate order with more than 3 books, Ellen will ask you for an email & phone number
