How to manage chat inbox conversations

Take a look at CRM —> Inbox —> International Inbox

Take a look at the unassigned and the assigned to me. Check the country & follow up with the contact or assign the conversation to a team member of the country. Once you've taken the right action, close the conversation


Belgium
: if the contact is a supplier assign the conversation to Charlotte Coen, if they are a digital leader, you should contact them with more information/to ask for more information or to invite them to become a member if they fit the criteria

Italy: Elizabeta (Lisa) Kazachinina

UK: Isabel David

Spain: Belen Ibares Muñoz

Poland: Natalia Barska

The Netherlands: Floortje Akkerman

Germany: Ewelina Nosal

*all other countries: Belgium needs to take care of this
