A renowned thought leader in the technology & professional services sector, Jon has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and is currently:
Jon’s board roles are preceded by nearly 20 years as a CTO for a number of companies including:
- Corsearch (Global Trademark and Brand Protection) where he led the transformation through integration of 7 acquisitions and driving future platform strategy (including Data and AI).
- OneAdvanced, where he drove innovation, leading the Product and Engineering teams (of circa 750 people) to deliver 100+ products and services. Jon created the product and technology strategy and transformational change that resulted in increasing enterprise value from £725m in 2015 to a £2bn exit in 2019, integrating 9 acquisitions
- HMRC’s first CTO, leading the integration of the former Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise organisations driving savings of over £650m, as well as bringing about significant technology transformation, building high performing teams in the process.
Rohan Hewavisenti is the Chief Financial Officer at the International Secretariat of Amnesty International and oversees finance, I&T, and legal. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Rohan has over 20 years’ experience in CFO and COO roles at Breast Cancer Care, British Red Cross, Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), Fairtrade Foundation, Imperial War Museums, WWF-UK and the NHS Confederation. He has also held non-executive roles in the NHS, housing associations and umbrella bodies.
Jess Bradley is a senior data and growth leader with deep experience across enterprise transformation, AI, martech and identity. Formerly a Chief Data Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, she works closely with CIOs, CDOs and CTOs to bridge the gap between technology investment and business value. Jess brings a candid perspective on the CIO authority crisis, why it exists, how fragmented ownership fuels it, and what modern technology leadership really requires to succeed.
John is a fractional CMO, helping high growth SaaS companies to reset marketing, optimise performance and unlock new growth - all powered by creativity, tech and AI. John brings over 20 years experience, having led marketing at global tech brands like Adobe, VMware and Yext, building high-performing teams and delivering commercial growth across EMEA and global markets. When not working you can find John trying to make the perfect caffé macchiato, going to gigs, fiddling with analog synthesisers or listening to electronic music.
