On November 21st, CIONET Italia hosted a Community event at the Chiostro del Bramante in the centre of Rome, bringing together CIOs and tech leaders to Italy’s foremost digital and IT leaders to share insights, challenges, and innovations. Moderated by Stefano Tomasini, President at CONSIP and member of our esteemed Advisory Board, the event, titled "Human-Centred Digitalization: Managing Talent in Business Transformation" explored how organisations can effectively manage their talent to successfully navigate business transformation and achieve their digital goals.
The event was kicked off by a keynote speech from Pietro Caminiti, Group IT & Digital Officer at Terna. Caminiti's address explored crucial questions surrounding the role of human diversity in driving innovation and transformation, as well as the importance of aligning digital strategies with overall business objectives. He also highlighted the need for effective communication to ensure the widespread adoption of change.

- Salvatore Turchetti, Country Manager & General Manager Italy at Hitachi Vantara: Explained how Hitachi Vantara integrates a human-centered approach to talent management. He emphasized the role of CIOs in promoting employee adaptability and well-being.

- Roberto Rossi, Head of Randstad Digital Italy at Randstad: Discussed the evolving relationship between human capital and technology in the age of AI. He emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of innovation to keep pace with labor market trends.
