CIODAY'2016 - Portuguese CIOs of the Year

Last march 1st, CIONET Portugal held its annual event at Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações, in Lisbon. This is our annual local event where 3 CIOs are recognized for their work in the previous year. This year, the 3 cathegories were: Corporate CIO, SME CIO and Government CIO.

And the winner announced in 2016 were:

  David Ferreira Alves, CIO at Sonae - Corporate CIO;

  João Figueiredo, CIO at Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Porto - SME CIO;
  Luís Newton, President at Junta de Freguesia da Estrela - Government CIO.
