We are moving beyond the "what" of technology to the "how" of survival. Our evening is structured around three critical dimensions of a crisis:

  • The Keel (Digital Visibility): How to assure a "single source of truth" when the fog of war sets in. If you can’t see the water, you can’t steer the ship.
  • The Crew (People & Communication): Managing the "Human Firewall." How to lead a team through 48 hours of high-stress incident response without burnout, and how to communicate "bad news" to a Board that demands "good results."

  • The Captain (The Psychology of Pressure): Exploring the neurobiology of crisis. We discuss stress-response management, keeping your heart rate down when the "Man Overboard" alarm is screaming.
