Release notes january 2025

We've just released the new version of the CIONET event pages. From now onwards our these pages will provide you with:

• One click registration when logged in
• Decline if not interested
• More info on cases

As part of your member profile, you can now also find the MyEvents pages. These allow you to:

• Find all your registrations and event details in one place
• Cancel if you can no longer attend
• Consult personalised event suggestions based on your interests and past interactions with CIONET
• Find details on all upcoming events
• Easily find back the details and Goodie Bags of all events that you've attended in the past.

Going forward, we're also optimising our event invitation process. You will receive a single invitation email per week at a fixed moment. This email will contain your personalised event suggestions and will allow you to register in the most efficient manner.

2026 updates:

We have updated the "Decline" pop-up window by adding options that allow users to select the reason why they won’t attend the event. Each selected reason will result in a new association being created between contact and event (see more about associations).

Users can now choose up to three options:

1. Time not convenient for me
2. Place not convenient for me
3. Not interested in subject
