During the evening, we will explore The Politics of Innovation and the role that organisational dynamics play in turning ideas into reality. How do you navigate internal politics, boardroom dynamics and competing priorities to get high-impact initiatives approved and implemented? And do collaborative leadership styles help or hinder women when bold innovation decisions clash with organisational politics?

Together, we will discuss how women can use collaboration and persuasion to build support, influence decisions and make transformation happen, even when navigating complex organisational environments.

We will also take the opportunity to look ahead to 2027 and gather your ideas and insights for the next Women of CIONET programme. Which topics would you like to explore? What challenges deserve more attention? Your input will help shape the conversations and experiences we bring to our community in the year ahead.
