Oktober Cyber Fest is a flagship gathering, bringing together 150-200 CIOs and CISOs from the CIONET Belgian community of digital leaders.

This year’s theme, "Exploring Intelligent Self-Protecting Systems," focuses on the role of advanced AI and emerging technologies in proactive and adaptive cyber defense. Manfred Boudreaux-Dehmer, CIO of NATO, sets the stage with a keynote address. Following his insights, four top experts will present 15-minute overviews on intelligent AI-driven security systems, showcasing advancements and practical applications across specific cyber domains.
