On the 19th of April, CIONET will host an event on nurturing IT talent in Mechelen. We will gather a group of Human Resource professionals who are in charge of the management and development of the workforce of the IT Department.
We will start the discussion at 13h30. At the beginning of the afternoon, a top CIO from our Community, will share the perspective of the IT Leadership Team on this theme and what they expect from the HR department. Following this, we will have a group discussion to exchange experiences, successes and challenges in this domain.
