Cécile Gonfroid, elected CIO of the year 2013, is part of the RTBF management committee, where she has worked for over 30 years. Enterprising woman and mother of three children, Cécile Gonfroid is a graduate of the IAD (Institute of Diffusion Arts).

Passionate about sports, Cécile became one of the first women of the RTBF in charge of the realisation of matches in Belgium and was sent everywhere in Europe.

In 2000, she joined the Management team and worked alongside the Director of TV.

In 2003, she took on the position of Director of TV Productions and managed more than 800 people. At that time, she developed a real interest in Technologies.

In 2009, she became Managing Director of DGTE, which brings together all IT departments as well as RTBF production and broadcasting technologies.

As Regional Director Benelux, Steven Heyde is in charge of the local management and of the strengthening of Trend Micro’s number one position in the Benelux market of server data and virtualisation security.

Steven started his career with Trend Micro in 2009. In 2012 he took on the role of Country Manager Belgium and Luxemburg and since 2015 he is expanding this successful management story to the Netherlands, as Regional Director Benelux. He has gained over 15 years of experience in the area of IT security and keeps a close eye on all developments and challenges in the dangerous world of cyber threats.
