How CIOs help their company to stay relevant

Successful companies, even market leaders, become obsolete if they do not stay perfectly aligned with their customers' needs and aspirations. Ideally, they even go one step further and guide and inspire them.

But how do organisations stay relevant in a changing world where disruption can lurk around the corner, customers are becoming increasingly demanding, and business models are changing faster than ever before?

Kris Vangeel, COO of Batopin, a joint project of Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, ING and KBC, will share Batopin's story of change.
