Tom has over 30 years of leadership experience in technology, largely in manufacturing and high-tech industries. Tom joined Tanium from Global Resale, a leader in technology lifecycle management and sustainability. Prior to that he spent 5 years at General Motors helping lead the global transformation of IT and Information Security. Prior to that he spent 14 years in a number of global roles in the semiconductor industry, leading large transformation and M&A initiatives. Tom got his start in technology in the car rental business, helping revolutionize the industry with the introduction of automation and data analytics.
Tom has a deep knowledge of how large enterprises and manufacturing organizations operate. Though the course of his career, he has also held leadership roles in General Management and Finance. He grew up and spent much of his working life in Europe and is bilingual in English and German.

As one of the top IT security experts, Zachary Warren advises companies and organizations on how to solve their most complex and pressing security problems with the best technologies and services in the industry. With over 20 years of experience in security, cybersecurity, and network security, he is passionate about finding new business opportunities, educating and advising stakeholders, and fostering a security-focused culture within organizations. Zac began his career in IT as a senior security analyst for a leading security platform vendor and later as a cybersecurity architect and consultant for large systems integrators. Zac has spent much of his career helping government agencies and several Fortune 100 companies reorganize their security architectures, controls, policies and procedures. He now uses this valuable experience in his role as Chief Security Advisor for EMEA at endpoint management specialist Tanium.
