About

Concern over future security threatens to be the biggest blocker to the successful implementation of artificial intelligence. According to the Cisco AI Readiness Index1, security tops the list of AI infrastructure priorities among enterprise organisations. Moreover, less than a third (31%) of those surveyed feel fully capable of securing agentic AI systems.

For highly-regulated industries with exacting compliance and governance rules—such as financial services and pharmaceuticals—these pain points are doubly felt.

Yet rather than act as a blocker, can your organisation turn AI security into a competitive advantage? Can you implement stronger infrastructure in order to realise business value?

These are among the key questions that we will consider at a forthcoming CIONET executive roundtable, brought to you in association with Cisco. The event provides a perfect opportunity to take stock of your AI objectives and to compare notes with other senior IT and security leaders from across the economy.

Among the topics we’ll explore:

  • Readying infrastructure for AI
  • Balancing speed and risk
  • Safeguarding data, repelling unauthorised attacks, and avoiding operational disruptions
  • Securing agentic AI systems
  • Countering the emergence of shadow AI
  • Learning from AI Pacesetters
  • Addressing AI compliance and governance
  • Understanding AI Infrastructure Debt and its risks

The evening promises a mix of great food, excellent company, and long-lasting insights.

Places are limited. Please speak to the CIONET team if you would like to be part of the evening.
