I'm leading the Transformation Division at Sohar International Bank, based in Muscat Oman.
My responsibilities include Information Technology, Digital Channels, Customer Experience, Process Re-engineering, Major Projects and PMO.
The bank offers personal, wholesale/corporate and wealth management services to a wide variety of customers locally and internationally.
I'm driving a significant set of changes for the company from a technology, digital, culture and process perspective.
Francisco Fraga took over the role of Vice President and Chief Technology and Information Officer at Campbell Soup Company in October 2017. He joined Campbell from The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), where he spent 21 years in various leadership roles. At Campbell he's driving digital transformation efforts guided by the "business relevance" principle. Francisco Fraga's main objectives at Campbell include optimizing their internal operations, empowering employees to be more efficient and effective, exceeding their technology needs but at the same time making their IT experiences easy, integrating their ecosystems of employees, customers, suppliers and partners, as well as engaging their consumers.
For two years, Mr. Stuart McGuigan, was a member of the Senior Executive Service, Chief Information
Officer (CIO) and the Assistant-Secretary level head of the Bureau of Information Resource Management
on March 25, 2019. As Chief Information Officer (CIO), he establishes technology strategic direction and
provides oversight for $ 2.4B of technology programs across the Department.
Mr. McGuigan joined the Department of State from Johnson & Johnson where he was responsible for
global Information Technology strategy and operations for an organization with 130,000 employees at
over 170 overseas and domestic locations. With an established reputation for rapidly aligning
technology innovation with global business needs, Mr. McGuigan brings over 33 year of industry
background including experience as Senior Vice President and CIO of CVS Caremark, Senior Vice
President and CIO of Liberty Mutual, and Senior Vice President of Information Services for Medco Health
Solutions.
Mr. McGuigan earned Master of Science and Master of Philosophy degrees in the Cognitive Science
program at Yale University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Fairfield University. In
2018, Mr. McGuigan was inducted into www.CIO.com’s CIO Hall of Fame, and he is the recipient of the
“Lifetime Contribution Award” from NASSCOM—India’s top not-for-profit IT organization, enabling
India’s growth of its $154 billion dollar IT-Business Process Management (BPM) industry.
Michael Smith's work is his craft. He is committed to a legacy of building leaders and high-performing teams that transform industries.
He is currently serving in Board advisory positions for three companies. These roles provide him with the opportunity to assist the CEOs and Founders of digital marketing, software, and life sciences companies in refining their vision, defining the culture, and developing their product, commercial, and talent strategies.
His passion for transformational leadership was birthed and nurtured in a 22 year career at Nike and honed through a 4 year stint of increasing executive level responsibilities at Mylan.
Seth H. Crawford is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Precision Ag and Digital for AGCO. He provides leadership and direction for the Company’s precision agriculture and digital organization which also includes the Precision Planting, Fuse smart farming, Digital Customer Experience, Parts and Customer Support teams. Mr. Crawford leads the strategic business direction for the development of innovative business models, product roadmaps, customer experience and solutions integration globally across brands and product lines. He is based in Duluth, Georgia, USA.
Prior to joining AGCO in 2019, Mr. Crawford held several senior roles in the areas of marketing and customer support during his 22-year tenure at Deere & Company. His career at Deere culminated in his appointment as Director, Global Customer and Product Support for the Agriculture & Turf Division. In that capacity, he drove the delivery of a distinctive global customer experience and directed customer and product support strategy and operations for over 50 product lines globally and the various enterprise shared services that supported the function, including aftermarket digitalization efforts.
Mr. Crawford graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Science in Agribusiness.
Meriem started her career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger in 2006, in the media telecom and financial services competence centers. She joined in 2015 Groupama, a European insurance leader, in in the strategy department and become the Group Chief Digital Officer in 2016 in charge of digital marketing / customer experience, data and the development of new offers. At the end of 2017, Meriem joined Suez as the Group Chief Digital officer in charge of the digitization of the customer experience, of data / analytics and of the development of new business models. Meriem is a member of the Comex40 of the Medef, a non-executive body reporting to the president in charge of bringing innovative ideas. She received in 2019 the Next Leader Award for Digital from les Echos. Meriem graduated from ESCP-EAP in 2006.

Jim Swanson is a global business and technology leader and currently Chief Information Officer of Johnson & Johnson, the world’s premier healthcare company. Based at the company headquarters in New Jersey, Jim is responsible for amplifying Johnson & Johnson’s business impact and shaping its direction through the strategic use of technology.
Jim joined Johnson & Johnson from Bayer Crop Science, a $20 billion division of Bayer, where he served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and as CIO and Head of Digital Transformation. In this role, he inspired teams across the world to use digital innovation and data science to transform and deliver world-class products and services sustainably. Jim and the Information Technology organizations he has led have received industry accolades for their contributions in leadership, application of technology to deliver substantial business value, best places to work in IT, and support of STEM for emerging talent.
Previously, Jim served as CIO at Monsanto for five years before the company was acquired by Bayer. In addition, he had nine years of experience working as Vice President and CIO for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, where he advanced technology throughout the company’s R&D organization.
He also amassed a breadth of experience at Merck, where he led the R&D and Commercial IT organizations, and SmithKline Beecham, where he was a bench scientist before transitioning to IT. During his career, Jim has had extensive international experience, including living in the UK and Germany.
Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Bioscience and Biotechnology and a master's degree in Computer Science, both from Drexel University.
Jim is married with three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, skiing, scuba diving, and boating, as well as volunteering with United Way Ready by 21 and the American Heart Association.
Tim Vanderham is Chief Technology Officer of NCR Corporation, leading NCR’s global Software and Technology organization. His teams include software innovation and software engineering, with more than 3,000 engineers building NCR’s current and next-generation products and solutions.
Since joining NCR in July 2018, Tim has increased overall development excellence within the NCR Software and Technology organization through improved processes and modernization of technology used to deliver capabilities to clients. Tim and his team are driving NCR and our customers toward cloud-enabled and cloud-delivered offerings, while innovation teams keep NCR on the cutting-edge of emerging technologies including data analytics, machine learning and distributed ledger technology.
Tim most recently served as CTO of the tax and accounting division of Thomson Reuters, where he was responsible for global technology strategy and product delivery. Before Thomson Reuters, he enjoyed an 18-year career with IBM, starting as an undergraduate co-op and eventually becoming vice president of IBM’s cloud platform services, known in the market as IBM Bluemix. Over his 20 years, Tim has spent time working closely with a range of clients ranging from major enterprises to small and medium businesses. He was an executive sponsor for clients at IBM including Aetna, Lloyds Banking Group, Boeing and others. Tim has served in roles spanning development, services and support over his tenure at IBM including enterprise software offerings and working internally and with clients to migrate solutions to a cloud-based
“as-a-service” model. Specifically, in his Bluemix role, Tim was a leading and driving force behind the modernization and cloud native initiatives within IBM for its Platform as a Service and developer experience cloud offerings. He leveraged this background during his two years at Thomson Reuters to migrate legacy tax and accounting software to a cloud-based set of services and offerings for tax clients globally.
Tim received his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from South Dakota State University.
