Mark is the lead Partner in EY Consulting’s Data & Analytics Practice. He has over 30 years experience in strategy and transformation and then moved into the field of Data and Analytics 10 years ago to focus on how to drive business transformation by leveraging analytics and data. He has a passion for organisational change and has co-authored four books looking at different aspects of how to re-imagine business transformation. He is currently co-authoring a new book “Orbit and the Fourth Phase – Leveraging the Power of Data to Drive Outstanding Results.”

Rajat Dhawan is a digital transformation leader with expertise in creating and scaling subscription platforms. Currently he is global Chief Technology Officer for the Soho House Group, where he leads product, data, engineering, IT and cyber security. Previously Rajwas a Director at Accenture, where he was responsible for growing their Strategy practice. He has a PhD in advanced analytics and is a guest lecturer in AI at the London School of Economics.
Douglas is a mental health nurse who is passionately driven to introduce innovative technologies to the hands of health care professionals, that support patient empowerment, user experience whilst improving health outcomes for citizens.
With a strong background in broadcasting, social media. Douglas is the co-director of Centric Health Media, that focuses sharing innovation across Health and Social. Douglas is a CCIO and digital influencer who has implemented large scale IT Transformation projects within the Health and Social Care sector for the NHS and private software companies.
His passion for patient empowerment has resulted in a chapter on Collaboration between patients and carers being published in Mental Health & Psychiatry 3rd Edition which is used to train nurses on care planning. He also is an honorary lecturer at Kingston University delivery the Recovery focused Care planning module to pre-registration nurses and RCN Expert Representative for IT & Digital Development
Sarah Milton-Hunt, Chief Information and Digital Officer, at National Grid Electricity Transmission is a business leader with over 20 years’ experience of working with C-level, board, and executive management across multiple industries to successfully deliver digital transformation, and technology solutions. An executive at National Grid Electricity Transmission Executive Committee and also a leader on the global IT & Digital Leadership team. In addition, Sarah is a Director of the Joint Radio Company on behalf of Electricity Transmission.
Prior to National Grid, she was Transformation Programme Director at NTT Data for EMEA, CIO at P&O Ferries and Business Consultant at HP.
Sarah believes that a personal investment in creating a culture that empowers her team to thrive is equally important as the access to skilled talent to succeed. She is passionate about the social impact of digital and technology. She sees her role in National Grid and the energy transition, is part of ensuring that the legacy we leave for future generations is one of stability and security minimizing the challenges and adversity of climate change.
Outside of work, Sarah is a charity trustee, a school governor and provides advisory services for technology companies and start-ups. She also enjoys all forms of theatre and has a renewed love of Lego with her three children.
