Despite significant investment in enterprise AI, too many organizations struggle to deliver ROI. According to ServiceNow’s Enterprise AI Maturity Index 2025, 82% of organizations plan to increase their AI investment in 2026, while only 28% of executives consider themselves deeply familiar with agentic AI. The real challenge, therefore, lies not only in the technology itself, but in how operating models, governance, and culture evolve to make AI part of everyday execution.

At our next CIONET Roundtable in Zurich, we will gather a curated group of CIOs, CDOs, and senior business and IT leaders to focus on one question: how can you get your AI initiatives under control, take them beyond the sandbox and deliver real impact at scale.

Drawing on his experience from both enterprise leadership and the platform side, Dirk will help frame the discussion and set the context for an open peer exchange.
