About

Monetising your data assets has become the single most important priority amongst today’s IT and business executives Without coherent data strategy, your organisation may well be subsumed by one or more of the digital natives who have designed their entire  business models to be data centric. But this task is complicated by the explosion of data sources and volumes, the fragmentation of  data in your legacy applications, and the shortage of data science skills.

A recent survey by Fujitsu of 400 European organisations suggests four stages of maturity in this critical endeavour data-starved,  data-sustained, data-empowered and data-driven. Just 5% of those surveyed place themselves in the data-driven category.

However, virtually all these organisations are searching for data centric strategies, architectures and governance principles.

Fujitsu has found that the best way forward is for you to use creativity and innovation to define future business strategy, explore opportunities you were not aware of, and to exploit Human Centric Experience Design.

Fujitsu invites you to a virtual event on 19th November to discuss how a co-creation’  approach can help accelerate you on the journey towards a ‘data-driven’ organisation.

Bringing the technical and strategic experience of one of the world’s largest IT vendors can bring timely and tangible benefits. Rrui Serapicos of CIONET will host this session. As with all CIONET events we believe that this will help empower you in your digital  leadership role.

João Quintela of Nectar das Avenidas will be educating and entertaining us with a Live wine tasting & demonstration.

Less than 5% of organizations are “data driven” and use their data as the key indicator for strategic decisions. Simultaneously, there is a direct correlation between the general performance of a company and the status of their data transformation.

But what makes a company data driven?

What innovations can we expect? Where do you stand and what can you learn from this approach for your collaboration with your key stakeholders?

Guests will be asked for shipping details so that they can receive the wine ahead of the event.
