A graduate of mathematics at the Faculty of Science of the Pedagogical University of Siedlce (currently the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities) and Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw.
Since 2013, she has been associated with the BIK Group as the Managing Director of the IT Area.
She gained her extensive experience in banking. Started in the IT area, between 1993 - 2000 at AmerBank S.A. (DZ Bank). From 2001–2010, she held a number of managerial positions at Raiffeisen Bank Polska, responsible for the area of project management, development and maintenance of IT systems. Then she was deputy IT director, responsible for development and projects at Deutsche Bank PBC. From 2011 - 2013, she was the director of the IT Department at Kredyt Bank. She improved in the areas of management, finance and IT, completing, among others, Harvard Business Review Management Academy as well as PMI, CMMI and ITIL Foundation training. In 2018, she was awarded the CIO Diamond for sectoral innovation, ranking in the top three best IT heads in Poland.
From July 2019 to December 2022, as vice president of BIG InfoMonitor S.A, she was responsible for managing processes related to data quality and economic information in the BIG InfoMonitor database, automation of operational processes and for supervising the IT project department.
From November 17, 2022, she took up the position of president of the management board of Digital Fingerprints S.A.
Since January 2025, she has joined the Management Board of BIK as Vice President. She manages the Security and IT Area, also being responsible for the development of the BIK Group’s Anti-Fraud services.
As the Managing Director of the IT Area of the BIK Group, she implements the concept of close cooperation between IT and business, including: through project management using agile methodologies. Supervises and is responsible for the Security Area and the development of the Group's IT infrastructure, engages in and actively supports technological and anti-fraud solutions, including the development of platform sectoral solutions.
Javier Galindo Alduán is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Moeve, one of Spain's leading sustainable energy and mobility companies. He is responsible for defining and executing the company's cybersecurity strategy across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, leading teams responsible for Cybersecurity Operations, Security Architecture, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Industrial Cybersecurity. In a business undergoing a major transformation towards decarbonization and energy transition, he plays a key role in strengthening cyber resilience while enabling innovation, digitalization, and business growth.
With more than 15 years of experience in information security and managed security services, Javier has built his career across a diverse range of companies, including global enterprises, Internet Service Providers, systems integrators, technology distributors, and end-user organizations. His professional background spans multiple industries such as energy, telecommunications, retail, automotive, software, and IT services, where he has gained broad experience supporting complex business and operational environments, developing a deep understanding of the cybersecurity challenges associated with digital transformation, critical infrastructure, industrial operations, and heavily supervised sectors.
Combining executive leadership with strong technical expertise, Javier is widely recognized for his work in cybersecurity strategy, security architecture, cyber defense operations, network & cloud security, industrial cybersecurity, security governance, managed detection and response, zero trust models, and the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale cybersecurity transformation and resilience initiatives, helping organizations strengthen their security posture while enabling innovation and business growth. This combination of strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise provides him with a unique perspective on how cybersecurity can evolve from a traditional risk management function into a key enabler of digital transformation, operational excellence, and long-term business value.
Prior to assuming the CISO role, Javier joined Cepsa (now Moeve) in 2019 as an Information Security Architect and became one of the key contributors to the modernization of the company's cybersecurity capabilities. Working closely with the company’s technology executives for over five years, he helped shape and mature the organization's security architecture, operating model, managed security services, and cyber defense capabilities which support a highly diverse business landscape including refining, chemicals, energy trading, mobility, and critical infrastructure operations. He subsequently assumed global leadership of the group’s cybersecurity function in 2024, where, in just two years up to now, he has doubled the department's budget and tripled the size of the team.
Before joining Moeve, Javier held senior cybersecurity architecture and presales positions at global companies such as Dimension Data, Westcon-Comstor or Telefónica Business Solutions, where he engaged in a wide variety of projects with multinational customers across Europe and beyond. During this period, he supported the development of managed security services and XaaS offerings worldwide, while helping enterprises design and deploy cybersecurity solutions at scale, aligned with the evolving needs of highly regulated industries and global digital transformation programs.
A frequent contributor to industry forums, executive roundtables and international conferences, Javier has become a recognized voice within the Spanish cybersecurity community. His public interventions focus on cyber resilience, protection of critical infrastructure, industrial cybersecurity, third-party risk management, digital sovereignty, and the governance of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. He regularly advocates for stronger collaboration between public and private sectors, greater technological autonomy for Europe in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape, cybersecurity-by-design approach to the digital transformation of essential services and preparing organizations for future challenges such as AI-driven threats and quantum computing.
Javier holds multiple internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CCISO and strongly promotes the integration of physical and digital security disciplines as part of a holistic corporate security strategy. He is also accredited by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior as both Head of Security and Security Director, reflecting his commitment to a comprehensive vision of security, resilience, and risk management.
