How trusted data, shared context and effective governance enable responsible AI and better public services
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly moving from experimentation to operational deployment across the public sector. From citizen services and healthcare to justice, infrastructure and local government, organisations are exploring how AI can improve outcomes, increase efficiency and support better decision-making.
As AI capabilities advance, many public sector organisations are finding that technology is no longer the primary challenge. Scaling AI successfully depends on access to trusted, current and connected information, supported by the governance, architecture and shared context needed to deploy it safely and effectively.
This executive roundtable brings together senior leaders from across the Dutch Public Sector to discuss how organisations are moving beyond AI pilots to deliver measurable public value. Through a facilitated peer discussion, participants will explore how trusted data, shared context and effective governance can help build AI-ready organisations while maintaining
transparency, sovereignty and public trust.
The discussion will focus on practical approaches to operationalising AI, enabling secure information sharing across organisational boundaries, strengthening AI governance, and building the trusted information foundations that underpin better
public services.

Short introduction by every participant.
In 2011, the decision was made: long-gabled farmhouse “Den Burgh” from 1859, located on the outskirts of Hoofddorp, was to be preserved. The building became a municipal monument and was zoned for hospitality. Jurriaan and Roos Temme then transformed the decayed farmstead into what Den Burgh is today: a top contemporary restaurant with cosmopolitan character!
