Bob van Graft is an experienced CIO, CTO and senior public-sector technology executive with more than 35 years of experience in IT, digital transformation and information management. He currently serves as Director of Spatial Information at the Dutch Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, where he focuses on data, digitalisation and the information infrastructure supporting the Netherlands’ spatial challenges.

Previously, Bob served as CIO at CBR, Director IT and CIO at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and acting Director and CIO/CTO at SSC-ICT within the Dutch Ministry of the Interior. Earlier in his career, he held senior Director and CTO positions within the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security, including at the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).

Alongside his executive roles, Bob is a member of the CIONET Netherlands Advisory Board and is actively involved in the Dutch digital leadership community.

Jeroen Kleinhoven is a Partner at CIONET Netherlands and an experienced technology executive, entrepreneur and business leader. Before joining CIONET, he held senior commercial and leadership positions in the technology industry, including leading Gartner’s Benelux operations. He also became an entrepreneur and shareholder in software company Treparel, focusing on strategy and commercial growth, and later joined AND Digital as its first international executive hire to support the company’s expansion into the Netherlands and Benelux.

At CIONET, Jeroen works closely with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior technology leaders, bringing executives together to exchange experiences and discuss strategic technology and leadership challenges. He regularly hosts and moderates executive roundtables and peer-to-peer discussions.

Errol Rodericks is an experienced Product Marketing and go-to-market leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, and data platforms. At Denodo, Errol heads global vertical and solutions marketing, while supporting regional product marketing across EMEA and LATAM. His focus is on building compelling narratives for GenAI and Logical Data Management, enabling sales and partners to deliver measurable outcomes across industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Life Sciences, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Throughout his career, Errol has held senior leadership roles at Boomi, ServiceNow, HP, CA Technologies, IBM, and Mercury Interactive, consistently translating complex technologies into business value and scaling global campaigns to drive growth.

With an MSc in Digital Systems from the University of Wales and a BSc (Hons) in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the University of North London, Errol combines deep technical
knowledge with business acumen. He is a frequent speaker and thought leader on the role of GenAI, Data Management, and data-driven transformation in accelerating digital outcomes. 

Steven Naarding is an accomplished enterprise sales leader and go-to-market strategist with over 30 years of experience driving growth across EMEA for high-growth SaaS, cloud, data, and analytics platforms. At Denodo, Steven serves as Sales Director for the Netherlands, where he leads direct sales execution and strategic account expansion, enabling enterprise organisations to unlock business value through logical data management. His focus is on establishing key partnerships and building high-impact go-to-market strategies across key sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and the Public Sector.

Throughout his career, Steven has held senior sales leadership roles at industry-leading IT companies including TetraScience, SingleStore, AvePoint, Recorded Future, TIBCO Spotfire, VA Linux Systems, and Silicon Graphics. He has a track record of translating complex middleware and data architectures into measurable business outcomes.
